Hmm. I think it is by the team that has found wisps of methane down in some of the stream valleys on Mars. Maybe they've seen some new weird chemistry or whatnot.

FWIW, they said they looked at bacteria in Mono Lake, that really salty lake in California. They found some bacteria which can breathe & eat arsenic instead of oxygen & phosphorus. Pretty weird chemistry.
