Does anybody know where’s the best place for skiing bumps in South America in September?

My experience is from over 10 years ago, but I would say that overall, unfortunately, there's not a lot of bump skiing in SA. In Chile, Valle Nevado, El Colorado, and Portillo are relatively open bowl, with low skier density. And like in Europe, they mark off pistes that wind their way down the open bowls. That's a formula for not a lot of bump formation.

I will say that we did not make it to Las Lenas (Argentina). I hear it's more crowded there, so my guess is that's your best bet. That's it, unless you can get in good with some of the WC teams training down there and use their courses!!!
