When does the Jane start to get good?

Postby B-Stead » Tue Oct 18, 2011 7:20 pm

I am planning business trips and would like to drop-in on Colorado like I've done in the past.

Is the first or second week of December good for moguls at the Jane? What's the probability I'll find some sweet lines with freshy fresh ???

I hear Jan 21 and 22 will be good. Might want to think about that weekend. :)

It depends. It is different from one year to the next.
Some years it is already epic by the end of of November, and others it doesn't get good until January.
I've heard the bitch is back this year (la Nina) so it should be a good one.

I already have 1/21-1/22 booked. I fly into DEN at 6:45pm on Friday 1/20, rent a car and drive up. I'll ski Sat and Sun and fly out of DEN at 10:00pm on Sun.

I can't do 12/16-17, already have a big trip planned closed to that. Meredith and I are skiing Zermatt, Switzerland over Christmas week. :D

Just about to book January 20-22. I would get in Friday night at 10:20pm. I would take the 11:18pm flight out on Sunday.

Ski all day Sat or Sun. (all day meaning like 3 or 4 hours hopefully - lol)

**** Who else is going ????

Sweet B!

Thoughts on sharing a condo or rental car? Things to work around are:

-I prolly don't want to wait around the airport for 4 hours Friday night. Perhaps you take Home James into WP on Friday? And we drive back to airport together Sunday night?

-I am probably only interested in staying at the Iron Horse resort as it is ski in/ski out, cheap and has nice post-ski workout and sauna facilities and a fun in-house restaurant.

Let me know.

That sounds good, just let me know what I need to do ... chip in for the Iron Horse, help out on the car, etc.

So is it just us? Queen bed then? lol

Fuckin A you would be chipping in for the Iron Horse. I have a free couch to surf, so you can get your own lodging if you wish. It will be costing me money to share a place with you... Guess you didn't get that drift.
