Can't stand icy bumps! However.... it makes me a better bump skier because I'm forced to carve my line around the trough. I go much slower and avoid kicking out my tails. I'm sure it looks conservative and not that cool looking but when the same run gets soft, grippy snow, I can shread like the rest of you.

Everyone is giving you good advice all round. I typically will ski those bumps with the same aggression. Probably with more speed because I try to stay out of the trough totally. Basically just pop the tops easier on the knees.
