Favourite balancing exercise is to stand on
a balancing board on a hardwood floor with
with ski boots buckled.

Juggling a soccer ball has helped my
overall coordination and also improved
my weaker left leg and foot.
I'm not so right side dominant as I used
to be thank to juggling and doing more
things with my left side.
